is there any prob to concieve if one ovary is being operated n removed due to ovarian cyst n only another ovary is there n that too has a cyst in it?since i'm gettin married within 4months is it better that i have my first child soon n not delay so tat i dnt have probs later..pls advice me..

Sure you have very good chances to conceive if you keep on having one ovary.
I do ignore what sort of cyst did you have as to make the surgeons take the decision of a complete removal, then in order to be more relaxed and be sure you are doing everything to prevent problems in the future, I suggest that you obtain your medical record, go for a good gynecological advice, and if there is a minimum risk that you might have the same problem in your ovary, then ask how can you preserve your eggs to make you feel more relaxed.
Anguish and fear are not the best help to conceive. If you keep on having doubts, make the consultancy and be sure that all your questions have been answered.
Then, with or without frozen eggs, just enjoy your marriage and do not rush. Take it easy because it will help you very much in the future.

#1...go to an ob/gyn...ask questions there sweetie...
#2...it's not impossible to get pregnant with a cyst on your ovaries...i have a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrom, which is where you have multiple cysts...and i have 2 beautiful daughters...p.c.o.s. also has other factors, you should ask your ob/gyn if this is what you have...
#3...a friend of mine also has p.c.o.s...and she was told she would never have children...well, she's got a 2 yr old daughter! things work out the way they're supposed to...try not to worry yourself...

trust me you can get pregnant with a scist, my wife had ovarian cancer and she was on lots of medications, the doctors said it was impossible to get preagnant, we had so much unprotected sex, and she got preagnant, so have sex like every day all day and you will get preagnant i have four kids now instead of the planned three

you can still get pregnant as long as you have an ovary & mensturation so youd have an ovulated egg

When you have your monthly it is hard to get knock up but if you have had a dick in you then anything can happen but most likely not.
