catchy the birds... let the first one the stone [make sure it's quite big] then use the same stone for the other bird [make an incision on the bird's stomach to retirive it]...

Do you mean literally?
If so, you would have to have either a very big stone, or rock, and drop it onto two birds, or you will have to have a very good aim.
Maybe you don't mean literally.
