well, life does its trick to let us "like sex" . to maintain the surviving of the kind, When we look to the sexual relation in an abstract way, it is one of the most ugly relations, it is , one of the first ways to get infections,,,,,,,herpes, syphilis, HPS ,hepatitis , Aids.....etc are some of the few, . Bacteria, fungi, protozoa or viruses are transmitted by sexual activities ...But still,, it is the second loved desires after eating...(eating itself can be source of lots of diseases)...Sex also is responsible of lots of conflicts,jealousy , fights, and even crimes...but How life tricks us to like this SEX and do it to maintain our kind? The urge of adult humans to have sexual intercourse is seen by some as being a physiological need similar to needs such as food, water and air.

At an emotional level sexual intercourse is often, though not always, seen as the ultimate physical expression of feelings of romantic love between two humans. In many cultures, mutual romantic love often forms a formalized or informal partnership, a full sexual relationship within this partnership, procreation or adoption of children, and subsequent parenting. Romantic love is not limited to those of opposite sexes, and also occurs among those of the same sex.

So, we have to like sex as it is a physical and physiological remedy to depression, being tired, being afraid, and being irritated (unless , with somepeople, sex was associated with bad experiences such as raping , ....etc)

the relish sexual actiity is diverse for each man or woman. some persons have more suitable sexual needs/urges than others. we are between the few mammals who easily appreciate sexual sex and that is a shame to waste the form of nice ingredient. no man or woman might want to experience forced into having sex, nor might want to he/she experience in charge if there is little choose. even as there is little choose it must be a medical situation of progsterone/estrogen ranges that must be altered. it depends on if you enjoy it (for the right reasons), who you do it with, and why you do it. for example:

yes if:
-you enjoy it beause it brings you close to someone
-you do it with someone you truly love
-you do it because you love someone and want to be closer to them

no if:
-you dont enjoy it or enjoy it for the wrong reasons
-you do it with someone you dont know or dont love
-you do it because youre a sex fiend (weird)

it also depends on how far you want to go. if you want to be ultimately close to someone and they want to do the same and you NEED to do it to feel close, then yes. just dont od on sex.
BUT
if kissing and just touching gets you close enough to that person and sex isnt what you had in mind, you dont need to.


long story short, its important if you need it to feel closer to the one that you love. but thats more, erm, casual sex. if you want to because you want to have children, thats a different story.
