ok, some real advice from a girl. Don;t tell her he has the nicest boobs you've ever seen until ur dating her. Walk up to her and say hey, my name is _________. You looked nice so i'd thought i'd come over and introduce myslef. Talk to her about her favortie things to do. Her hobbies. Tell her a little abouot urslef but keep the convo more focused on her. Stay away from sexual humor or remarks. Oh, and make sure she doesn't have a boyfriend that will hurt you. Sometimes just asking her right off the bat, You don't have a boyfriend hats gonna hurt me for talking to you, do you? shell prolly laugh and itll loosen the mood. I'm a girl so I would know. You go up to her and say hello (watever her name is) and if she dosent know you that well then say what your name is. Then you ask her what shes doing.IF SHE SAYS NOTHIN ASK HER TO HANGE OUT WITH HER!!!

start with a friendly hey, whats up, kinda thing. maybe .. what are you up to today. if she says nothing and she seems interested ask her if she wants to hang out or something, and it goes from there.
