Your own deeds in your previous birth has yielded the present parentage, the country, the society and the timing. It is the set laws of Karma, that way you have authored your own destiny. God has only framed the rules, you act and you are awarded accordingly. Your deeds and misdeeds in this birth will decide the dividend for next birth as per the balance that is carried over to the next life's balance sheet.

The one and only one GOD who created the world for some reason. He made your path to earth by means of your parents and you and your wife will be the path for someone else to come to the earth and the cycle goes on............

I think a wish of your parents to be bringed.
as Biologicaly point of view..
Anyway - Coud be the wish of existing the one to ask this question and develop wisdom to other and to yourself ..
Coud be also the wish of some mathery and energy ( still unknown to us ) to exist anywone of us by reason of existing as itself :)
