At wedding you want to avoid standing out. That's for the bride!

It should be OK if its an evening wedding. However you also do not look like you just came from a funeral. A light colored purse and scarf and pearls should do it!

I don't see why not. Some people actually ask the guests to dress in black. I had a friend who asked everyone to come in white and her and the groom were both completly in black. (It was a goth wedding).

hy well i thnk u can wear a black dress to a wedding if u team it up with colourfull accessories, shoes and stuff and maybe carry a coloured stol with it too....that should work.

P.S - well i am an indian and in our country it is considered as bad-luck if u wear anythng back to a wedding.

As long as you aren't the bride lol.

A cute little black dress screams sexy...not funeral...I think it'd be fine. Bring a white purse if it makes you feel better. :)

It wouldn't be the best choice because you're going to a wedding, not a funeral. but if it's like short and cute then that's okay i guess. but of course, it's your choice.
