I don't think you can find every sone from Japan but so many Japan songs are on youtube. I have youtube account (free) and i watch so many J-rock PVs. It is a good site. Totally free. Just look up the name and artist and you can watch the videos.
You can usually search online for lyrics in Kanji or in Romaji or even translations into english if you like.

have a chat with some japanese who certainly love music then download a downloading site for music and other files.. Ask your chatmate then later, go downloading.. FInally, Japanese music is at your fingertips
