I would more likely guess that the Chinese would invade Australia before the Indonesians ever would. The Chinese are a more determined people in my mind.
The Australians would win against the Indonesians. If the Chinese invade, they most likely would not face much world opposition because of their world status. The West would make money on it I'm sure!!!

Oh du uh!! Get over yourself. Are you and ocker or what? Australia is the one that goes around invading other countries with its buddy the USA. Indonesia is way too poor to invade other countries. The East Timor, West Papua thing is because they genuinely believe those two places are part of Indonesia. At no time have they ever laid claim to Australia, even though they were visiting a long time before Europeans ever knew it existed. Stop being so paranoid, but.
Lucky J I just knew you were a vet. The NZ "Jungle Ghosts" were the bomb, and the South Koreans were the best in Nam. Aussie only came 3rd.
And China invading Australia? Get Real. China is not a military threat. They don't need to be, they are too good at business.
Take a leaf out of New Zealand's book and make friends with your neighbours. NZ has a free trade agreement with China & the Indos love us in spite of the fact we supported Aussie in Timor. Make friends, not enemies. Its the best way. The Indo's are the most modern Muslims there are and Indonesia is now a secular democracy. Sure it has problems, but its the 4th largest country in the World. All big countries have problems.

How do you make this assumption?? It is absurd to say the least thinking Australia would allow it much less let it. If you think Australia would give up its freedoms which it won from a raft of world wars already think again. For starters they kept Japan out and that had mightier numbers & power but they came off second best didnt they. Politically it would be suicide for Indonesia to attempt much less think about. With Australia already in George Bush's pocket guess who would come to there rescue, notwithstanding alot of other countries who they are aligned with. This is a rather stupid question but worthy of an answer non the less. Try thinking about what good can Indonesia benefit from with Australia??

Why would Indonesia invade Australia? So many Indonesians have migrated here.
If they did, Indonesia has numbers, but I'm not quite sure they have fire power.

If it was only between these two nations...
To be honest, i would back australia, They are smaller, but more professional, and more determined.
Plus they have more firepower in their allies... (anzus treaty requires USA to defend australia if it is attacked)

This is correct, except NZ neither has a free trade agreement with China or Indonesia.
But are working towards this.. the friends part is true.

this question is realy absurd......Indonesia is never invade any country. Your just paranoid. If Indonesia invade Australia they will get rejection from other country. They will face U.N., USA, European Country, and other ASEAN country

If you think Australia will lose then you never saw them fight.
While in the military in southeast Asia I saw the Aussies have at it with charlie.You don't ever want to fight these guys if you can avoid it

indonesia. they've been ethnically their islands for 100's of years. they will kick ***. they already have a nuke. australia is terrified but they're not allowed to talk about it until bush has sorted out iran. once that's done they're goig into iran and take care indonesia and north korea as well.
