Not for Americans.?

Question

If you are not from the USA pleas tell me your opinion. Do you think that more and more people from around the world are bored of us, annoyed by them, and even started to hate them?
I am asking because i sow a show on TV about the outgrowing hate for us . Lots of people are annoyed that americans think they are the best in everything, and they are the leaders of the world. If you ask someone from Europe what thinks about americans, it is very possible to receive the fallowing answer: overweight people, obsessed with celebrity's.

Lets be honest, President Bush is hardly a great public face of your country.

Americans got all up in arms about europe not recognising the threat of Iraqs WMD, and when their were none (which was pretty obvious when they were not used on your invading troops) you now say they did not want to protect innocent people)

Your republican party said Spain sold out to terrorism by removing their troops from iraq when it was attacked, but if you look at the timeline, the ruling party was voted out for lying to the people about who bombed the trains..

I do not hate america, i think it has an important place in the world, but i am from New Zealand, a country america has all but cut off ties with because we refuse to allow america's nuclear submarines into our harbours, we made this decision democratically, which is also something you profess to want in the world..

Sadly its that hyprocrisy that is why the world hates america...

You supported bin laden while he was fighting the soviets, but when that battle was won, you left them without any aid, and this is why the taliban was able to impose its rule in afghanistan.

I think America needs to shape up its global leadership.

my Friend I am an Arab from the middle east, we don't hate Americans and if you visit this area you'll be shocked by the hospitality given to you.

the problem is your government and they do to the world, they want to be involved in everything and put their noses in a place where shouldn't be just for the seek of money no matter how they do it by killing occupying others.

and yes the whole world are bored of what your government doing, but the problem is USA the strongest country with all nuclear and latest weapons so the world or sorry (the leader of other countries like our leaders) are scared to stand for them.

if you see all the places which have a war USA is involved in it under different reasons, and the biggest lie is democracy (yes we can see what democracy are spreading in Iraq and now in Lebanon with the help of their badling kid Israel).

and to be honest if I have to leave my country the USA will not be in my list to immigrate there.

Why do you care what the people of other countries think about the USA? What does it matter? Do you make your decisions on what you do in your life based on what other people think about you? If you do, you're living someone else's life and not your own

What I care about is whether my country does what is right or not. So far from what I see, the Bush Administration is doing just fine. Most people in Europe and Liberals in the USA get their opinions from the media, which slants everything to the left.

most ppl in my country worship the USA and try to imitate the americans in walking talking celebrating eating etc.

we swedes do not have a strong culture and borrow form the USA very much.
But the american foreging policy has a lot to with the feeling of my countries ppl.

They laugh at your president and feel HE is nothing but a stupid clown. We also think the neo-cons are very old fashioned and foolish group of old ppl who have no clue about anything.
We feel that the great country of the USA has been hijacked by a bunch of jerks who are leading it and the rest of the world into the path of disaster. Yes we have started to hate your government but not you as a people.

Not enough inportance on family, too much obsessed with money and a many have sense of superiority over other countries. The guys are a bit too loud and angry and hairy...and sexuality is too public. But I do not hate american people...now the government,yeah I cannot stand government of US...sorry... but I have good friends who are americans...(many of them also hate the government and policies!)

I think it's America as a whole people hate, mostly your government, Armed forces, Hollywood and that percentage of your population that do conform to our stereotypes.
Your country is perceived as ignorant, arrogant, greedy, self-important, self-obsessed, hypocritical, deluded, and shameless.

I here in the Philippines love the u.s. allot of Filipinos even work in your country. we have a good relationship (being an American territory for almost 50 years, 1898-1940). the only thing I hate is your politics that is why i love Jon Stuart.

i hate not all americans. u know, i hate a lot, more than anything, ur parliament. i hate it coz it can`t mind it`s own business.. and it`s too selfish and cruel!!!
