The answer is, both. Some women really don't care about a guy's size, while others want a well-hung guy. It's the same as boobs. Some guys prefer smaller boobs while others want cow udders on a girl's chest.
Personally, I think that around six inches is perfect. It's big enough to get the job done, and not so big that it hurts.

To be honest, size does matter...at least it does to ME. I like them average big and round...not too excessive, but small just doesn't cut it for me. I've heard the saying that "It's not the size of the worm, just how it wiggles"....believe me, all these sayings out there seem like something to make smaller men feel more secure. I guess if you can please in other ways, such as oral, then size might not matter, but since I'm answering the question and I can only answer for myself, then I say size DOES matter. what if you have big ones but not hard. the most important is the hardness and endurance of the guy. average size should be good.
