Poor Baby, Broken hearts are the worst, they also have to run their course. You can give yourself time, be kind to yourself, forgive yourself and the offender, harder to acctually do than we think. Let yourself experience other happiness, sometimes we close up and refuse to do anything that may gratify or make us happy, we whallow in our misery and cling to the grief. Some time everyday if you still feel the twingy pain, but set a specific amount of your day to feel bad and then move on to other things, try to avoid letting it consume you and run your existence. Start exercising everynight or day and ths will help you tremendously, I took up a sport and I could acctually get out my rage, grief, feelings of betrayal and finally rebuild my selfworth /self esteme. When one door closes another will open, be ready when your new door calls you to open and walk on through! I'm in your corner and I believe you can make this heart ache a thing of the pas, you deserve to be happy and tell yourself that each day, Journal everyday this helps get it out and also gives you a baseline for identifiying triggers and behaviors in yourself that you may want to explore further. Best Always, ZEN

Try re-inventing one's self. The world is so wide that you should not only sulk at that corner. I believe you will feel better once you have evolved from that sulking state. Come on, re-invention is the key. Hope to hear from you soon. I guess you're gonna be better
