If you are not sure, try the grilled meat first, such as chicken and pork. They are served with rice and pickled vegetables in corn syrup. I also recommend their spring rolls. One kind is fried and crispy and the other is rolled in thin rice wrap. Dip either in the sauce provided. The soup is also very good. It will be served with cilantro, bean sprouts and other vegetables. Go easy on the hot sauce and hoisin sauce (for the soup) if you are not too adventurous. Also, squeeze some lime in your soup. It's healthy if you take it easy on the hoisin and fried stuff.

Yes I love Vietnamese food especially the soup and that really spicy hot sauce.

these same people who eat McDonalds five or six times a week are telling you they're "not quite sure" whether the Vietnamese diet is healthy!

Sure... Vietnamese foods uses less oil in the cooking process than the Chinese do, has plenty of veggies and fruits etc, and it is delicious! :D

I love Vietnamese food. It is mostly stir fried so low in fat. It has a lot of vegetables so it has lots of vitamins and fiber.

yes, dats why u guyz are soo thin, with good clear minds. All my Viet friends are thin, very smart and have beautiful skins yep thumbs up for viet food and it tastes beautiful.

Healthy? Not sure. But I don't think it tastes good at all.

Nope most of it is raw meat an veggies hard to digest , not to mention smelly
