I'm tired of the microsoft expolor crap does yahoo have an expolor I can use?

You need Mozilla Firefox, which is free. Then get the Yahoo tool bar, which is free. Then make My Yahoo! (or Yahoo! Mail, or whatever you want) your home page, which is also free, of course.
And here you are! Internet Explorer does not actually need to be removed from your computer, but you won't need to use it.

maybe just change your default homepage to Yahoo
Click Tools-Internet options
In the Address bar, type http://www.yahoo.com/
Press Ok
or you try Mozilla Firefox

you cant you have to have the net to run it, because if you don't you cant run it.
