-slight nauseated feeling every now and then
-fewer bowel movements, smaller amounts and it's really hard to push, almost like I cant. It's slightly painfull, but not an extreme pain.
-bloating (I dont know if I would call it bloated, but it has the same feeling)
-pain and "heavy" feeling in lower middle stomach, I wouldnt consider this my abdominal region.. (below belly button area)this is the only way I can really describe it, kind of like a pressure
-slight cramping.

Does any of the symtoms listed sound like constipation, for those of you who have dealt with it?.

-Thanks alot!

Yeah you are constipated!! Don't force yourself to push. This can cause a tear in your anal tissue and make you have anal hemorrhaging. Trust me, that's no fun! Eat a lot of soluble fiber like veggies. If you don't like the veggie idea, drink Metamucil and get some OTC stool softener capsules. Worst comes to worst, OTC stool softening suppositories help you have fast bowel movements. Avoid red meat and other foods that contain a lot of protein. Hope you feel better! I've been there and it's no fun!

Yes it does sound like constipation. At the drugstore there is a tablet called Fiber Choice. It is a large tablet that you chew which is 100% fiber. It will soften the stool and allow you to have a bowel movement.

They don't taste bad and they worked wonders when I had that problem.

Sounds like constipation.
How about eating lots of fruits and vegetables?
If you do not clear your bowels still, it is best to visit a doctor and get some mild laxative.

Yes, it is constipation. You can:

- DRINK LOTS OF WATER
- DRINK LOTS OF LEMON WATER
- Eat more fruits and veg
- Or take this product called FIbre Plus that I am taking..

I used to suffer from constipation as well and since I took FIbre Plus.. have not been constipated ever since! Even when I was pregnant! ;)
