You can bUy a recreational whaling license at any 7-11 in mainland japan. The only catch is you must show valid proof of FISHING TRAWLER OWNERSHIP. These little babies can set you back about 1 million yen or more depending upon the location where you buy. I suggest you just marry a FAT,DONUT QUEEN AND OIL HER DOWN IN THE BATHTUB...save millions.
