It's web is about 8 feet high on an overhang of my house so I can't stomp it or burn it, how do I kill it?

I've never seen a black widow build a web like that. They are usually under playwood, debris or under houses. I've never destroyed a black widow and there's lots of them where I live. I just don't go where they nest.

Kill all black widows. They are tough to kill though, just wear shoes and do your best to stomp her really well. I know spiders have a purpose but deadly spiders are different, they can kill and reproduce killers. Just leave Daddy Long Legs alone, they are the only spider than can kill a black widow and not bite a human.

Black widow spiders are very risky and with one bite can kill with a pair of seconds. even in spite of the indisputable fact that they are small they injury and you will quickly be on the floor lifeless, so the final component to do is the two bypass away it on my own and enable it do what it needs, it may bypass away as quickly as the toddler is born and do only no longer open your window or you call an expert on spiders and notice if he/ she will clean it. they are greater risky than a camel spider ( they bite you, your paralysed and that they devour your epidermis).

The bite can be fatal to humans and they are aggresive...they will chase you !!!
I would use a long distant spraying wasp killer...it will freeze it in it's tracks, fall to the ground and then I woud stomp on it about 5,000 times !
If you see one black widow, there will be 100 more so really, call a professional and have your whole house sprayed....also too, get rid of any old wood you may have stored around your house !

If you kill it, there'll be room for one more.
Because of evolution, the next one will be harder to get (the ones who run faster survive).

Or take the neighbours cat, who always steels your cat's food, and try letting the cat eat the spider.

Unless you're a licensed Pest Control person, leave it alone.

Kill it. It's bite can be fatal and it likes to hide so if you can find it now, stomp on it!

It's best to call animal control. It's a danger to the community.
