Compared to offline businesses, the investment required to start an online business is minimal. A popular way of earning money on the internet is by providing information and services. This can be monetised by advertising or charging a subscription. You can also make money online by selling products on auction websites like eBay or through your own website. You can provide
1) Custmised solutions that are tailored to your client's needs. Most big companies are interested in mass customisation products but small companies can tailor their products and services to individual clients.
2) You can provide better service. You can allow clients to knwo that f they need support for a product or service, they can reach the boss directly instead of going through so many phone menu options.
