How about, "You are very nice and an interesting woman (or guy) but there doesn't seem to be the right connection between us." ?

always come out and tell the truth. just say "look i'm really sorry but i just dont think theres any conection going on. would you like to become friends?"
see you use the friends line and most of the time you will never hear from the other person again.
