I purchased what they said was compatible to the Epson Stylus CX5400 on the internet. When I got them, I put them in and a message read on printer screen that these were not the genuine epson stylus cx5400 inkjets. So, I tried to make a copy of something(its an copier, printer and scanner) and there was nothing on the page. Help?

Go to Costco if you're a member and buy the whole Epson combo pack, instead of single packs. It's a lot cheaper, about $30 bucks less (IT'S NO JOKE).

Just inject the new ink into the old cartridge and BAM!! you can now use it again and again. You would save a lot of $$$$ too. But some people are lazy when it comes to refills. Either way, you should be able to use compatible ink-jet cartridges and most printers list the ones that are....
