To overcompensate for the fact that they are weak and pathetic themselves. Bullies get a high off of pushing people around and insulting them because it makes them feel strong or feel like people look up to them.

Most bullies are kids who have a major identity problem. They feel that in order to make a mark for themselves in life they need to hold a position of power. At school and college this is not easy to do - so they decide to enforce their will on other - mostly quieter people in order to obtain the power they seek.
When adults do this they will almost always end up in correctional institutions and when goverment leaders behave like this they usually end up saying hello to a UN invasion force.
Bullies need to learn a little more about themselves and face their problems of insecurity - seek help. They should try making friends instead of making subjects. They need to chill out.
If they wont....
I would suggest that the victims take martial arts classes since a good kick in the bollocks is the everyday equivalent of the UN task force.

They do this so that they will feel that they are the best or atleast better than the others because they have nothing in themselves and so they try to be cool and do showoff.
I really hate it.They should be given such a severe punishment that they should realize thay they r nothing but failures.

It comes out of a deep feeling of insecurity and powerlessness. Bullies often have a history of being abused or neglected. Their behaviour is a subconscious attempt to regain a sense of power in their lives.

Hunn people bully others because on the inside they feel like losers. And they`ll do anything to make themselves feel a little bit cooler, or better about themselves. Don't even sweat them, they can't affect you anymore than you let them.

It's to establish a sense of superiority...it stems from a low self-esteem.
Friends of a bully are usually friends out of fear.
And it does hurt...and it's very uncool.

People bully others for attention...They want to front as if everything is alright, when inside, they are hurting; they take their anger out on others to hide their true feelings....
