..earlier date as well as the date initially planned. I couldn't really make it as it was short notice, but he still said 'no worries i have a few things to do anyway, but i'l call you tommorrow and we'l meet up about 1pm. The next day came, i texted him saying 'can we meet a little later than 1pm?' An hour past, two hours past, i called, diverted to voicemail. Hours passed! Nothing....mobile just diverting to voicemail. Left messages as i was getting worried for his safety. Even called to local hospital A & E! He has my email address, so could contact me if phone was stolen....what do i do?

Say, "It's fine, was hoping to hear from you, when do you wanna meet?" I think that should be enough. Good luck!

maybe he felt he was been too keen when u turned him down the first time so now he wants play hard to get. Or maybe something came up and he didn't have time to call u.
wait for some time, send him a mail and try and call him later in the day. If he doesn't call u by tomorrow then i really dont know wat u should do, maybe he has lost interest.

His ego probably got bruised cos he was keen and you didn't seem that interested - you weren't able to meet for the first date and then you tried to change the original date time as well. He probably thinks you didn't think the date a priority. If you're that keen, give him a couple of dates when you're available if he doesn't respond to that then, really, FORGET IT. Men are fragile and weird and - they say we are hard to understand but THEM...!!!!

Please do NOT go meet this guy. You have no idea who he really is and what he has in mind!! Too many young women have met guys on line, then in person, and end up raped and murdered. Sometimes their families never know what happened to them. Don't go meet him and don't respond to any more phone calls, emails or text messages. Report him to you local police. Your parents will help you. God bless!

Maybe if you didn't sound so desperate and were a bit more stand offish instead of constantly texting and calling him he might see you.
Sounds to me like you've frightened him off with your constant contacting him - no one likes being chased - especially if they don't like that much really.

FORGET ABOUT HIM
He was impatient to meet you, and by the sounds of it, for just one thing.
If he was really interested in YOU , he wouldn't keep you guessing.
FORGET HIM. MOVE ON. You are wasting your time and your feelings.
Please just ignore him & forget him. Get on with life. If he wants you he will get in touch.

forget about him, it looks like classic male behaviour, I would guess he is no longer interested. You deserve better treatment, get a smile on your face and go and meet a nice chap.
