Come on down to Serangoon North !.
The coffeeshops are operated 24/7 and the food is so delicious.
The prices are cheap for example,
a fish burger costs just $1 unlike the burgers you buy for $2
It tastes very nice !
I would also suggest to you Geylang, but its not very safe around that area esp . at night because there are * those people * who wonder in the streets looking for men.

All over the places, can find in Geylang, Balestier, Jalan Berseh, Serangoon, Changi, Bishan and many, many places. Afraid no money.
