Download speed is fine, but scrolling down a page is sooo slow

this is the result of having out of date drivers on your graphics card if you have ATI go here

it could because of your graphics card. It may not have the correct drivers. My friend also had this problem but after installing the drivers, it does not scroll slowly anymore.

you have your setting set to smooth scrolling. go into the control panel, click on the mouse icon and click on the wheel tab, change your setting from 1 to 3 which is what mine is set at and I think default.

You computer could be heavy... or try to check that in the options..from the tools menu..

Check to make sure you have enough free space on your Hard drive.
Defrag your hard drive.
