Does this stuff really hold up well?

Ohhh.. has anyone experienced any warping with these boards?

Best thing since sliced bread! The only downside is you need to use different tools and anchors to install.

We have had very little problems with hardy board. We first put it on the wall around 1996. We have experienced problems with Vulkem sealant and have quit using it in the field by using flashing behind the seams. I usually buy Certainteed siding because I like the grain better then Hardiplank.

Yes, its made of concrete fibers. It is not suppose to rot or burn. You need to buy a special saw blade to cut it.
and you need special nails or screws. It comes in planks as well as 4' X 8' sheets. You can also get it already primed as well. Home Depot carries it. Wear a dust mask and long sleeve shirt when you work with it and have help. The stuff is heavy. Success in your project.
