What category should I fall if I want to talk about anime (animation)? - especially in Japanese Anime?

I just would like to ask for sites that I can watch my favorite anime - NARUTO and probably a site where I can download its episoded

Yeah I know Youtube and there's also a better site (I think) for anime episode it -- and the naruto site

But these sites only video stream their episodes... I want a site which will give me a copy of these episodes
