Doubling up on birth control AFTER sex isn't going to prevent a pregnancy that has already been concieved. There are NO birth control methods that are 100% effective, your girlfriend sho know this because her doctor more than likely discussed it with her and it says so on the information packet that comes with the pills. When you have unprotected sex at ANY time there is always risk of pregnancy...If she hasn't had her period by now...you can probably start picking out baby names...

The problem with some women is their periods aren't always regular (sooner than 28 days some months, more than 28 days others), so it's very difficult to tell whether she just hasn't had her period yet or if she's really pregnant.

I take it you're both concerned about this. Yes, the risk of pregnancy is high, especially if she was ovulating when you had sex, but from the way her periods were spaced recently she might not have been.

You have two options: persuade her to take a home pregnancy test (available at your local drugstore), or wait for 1-1/2 to 2 months from her last period. If she doesn't cycle during that time, she's most likely pregnant. The test is your best bet.

I hate to tell you this, but if she wasn't on birth control BEFORE you had sex, the contraceptives she took after the fact won't prevent her from becoming pregnant. The "Morning After Pill" would have prevented pregnancy if taken within three days after the 14th, but it's too late for that now.

This kind of thing is always agonizing. Good luck. :)

she may be, yet she may not be. i am 5 months preggers now, and it's my first compleate preggnancy. IF she is, the home preggers test prolly wont work yet for a few more weeks due to it being really early and not much HCG (<~ i believe thats wat it is)in the urine. HCG is a hormone that wemon get ONLY if they are in fact preggers. and the further you are in ur preggnancy, the stronger the hormone(obviously) but, if ur lady took Ovral-L (which i presume is a 'morning after pill') and taking that many, the chance of her becoming preggers from THAT intercourse is unlikly due to how many she took, and considering wat they are supposed to do... kill the egg inside of her. tho if you had unprotected sex after all that was said and done, she could have gotten preggers than, so the pills did work, but she still managed to get pregnante from a different time. i'd give it another week or 2, if she hasnt yet started, it could be a few things. either 1) anxious. 2)preggers. or 3) has an infection. if her test comes out negitive, have her go to the docor. if she cant afford a doctor, there are clinics in any major city near you that can schedule free exams at doctor's offices for this type of thing.
i hope that helped

Have you had any sexual intercourse with her after the "monthly cycle" on the 17th of June 06? Some females tend to change cycles (set date) once they had sexual intercourse afterwards. There can also be other reasons such as taking the Ovral-L as well, since sometimes they do interfere with the "monthly cycle" (depending on the person).

I'd recommend going to get a pregnancy test such as E.P.T. to check if she is pregnant. You'd never know a female would be pregnant unless you take a test (it never hurts to try).

I don't mean to reign on your parade but hopefully you have learned a lesson. And secondly stocking up on the intake of so much pills doesn't always help - contraceptives are not 100% safe.

I doubt she's pregnant. Periods don't always come on the exact same date every month (ask me I'm a woman). Her periods are just delayed because of so many pills she took so just relax.

Next time make sure she's taking contraceptives and that you're wearing or she's wearing a condom or otherwise face up to the consequences and take responsibilities for your actions.

As you probably know, whenever you have unpretected sex, there is a risk of pregnancy

A normal woman's cycle is 28 days. Ovulation (most fertile time) usually happens 14 days after the first day of her last period. You can do the math (it's just too early in the morning for ME to figure it out).

Best of luck
