I know there are three at least: Central time (Mexico City), Mountain time (Chihuahua), and Pacific time (Baja California). The Eastern-most part of Mexico would be the Yucatan peninsula, does it use the same time as Mexico City?

There are 4. Mostly on Central time in coordination with Mexico City. Just the tip of Yucatan (including Cancun) is on Eastern. Also Mountain; & Pacific just for Northern Baja.

Sonora, Chihuahua and California had the same time (mountain time, Yucatan in summer time have one hour more than the center because they don't change schedule and the rest of the country has the same time.
