Old Navy, Target, TJ Maxx, Ross, Kohls, any outlet stores.

Depends on what your budget is.
If you mean American Eagle cheap, i'd go to Hollister http://www.hollisterco.com/hol/homepage.html or Abercrombie http://www.abercrombie.com/anf/lifestyles/html/homepage.html . Abercrombie is only a bit more expensive.
But if you're talking cheaper than I'd go for Marshall's, Tj Maxx, or Ross as mentioned earlier.

Depends on your idea of "budget," but I'd recommend a discount store like Ross, Marshalls or TJMaxx. You can get brand-name stuff for cheap (or, at least to some of us, cheapER).

I think Old Navy has some pretty cool stuff at a reasonable price. You might also try Target, Sears and JCPenney.
