One word reservations. I live in Vegas and used to work at a hotel in town and it never fails on a busy holiday weekend some idiot would come in to the lobby and say everyone is sold out, do you have a room. Don't be one of these people. Another thing to think about is the price you will pay, on a busy holiday the price for room's goes up for hotel's, so you will pay more money to stay, also the minimum bet for most table games will be higher as well. On the weekdays you can get a cheap room for around 55-75 dollars and the table are 5 bucks for the minimum bet, but on the weekend or a holiday expect to pay anywhere from 99-140 dollars for a room, and the tables will be 10 bucks a pop at most places. So if you don't mind the people or the money that your going to drop it's OK, but you should come on a weekday to save money.

It depends if you want to be included in the crowd it's a GREAT idea. If this is the only time you're able to go it's a GREAT idea. It is what you actually enjoy. Also if you care about the weather or not care at all. I went 2xs & both seems to be the same enjoyment except for the weather. The 1st time was very cold & the 2nd time was very hot. During Labor Day I know it will be a very busy time in VEGAS. Holiday seems to be very busy. It's a GREAT IDEA if you enjoy crowds & gambling. Anytime for me. Enjoy & Good Luck.

It is fun. The whales and the heavy gamblers do not come out on Memorial day, July 4th or labor day.

typically it is a tourist and college crowd.

Have fun-- bring plenty of sunscreen and prepare yourself to spend lots of money on drinks alcoholic and otherwise. The temperature will still be in the high 90's or low 100's

Bring comfortable shoes.

Have the best time

I have been on Labor Day Weekend and I can tell you this...Its Hot and I have never been around so many people in my life.

We visit Vegas regularly and this is one of the more packed weekends. Do yourself a favor and hit it the weekend before or after and you won't be sorry

I think Vegas is all about crowds, it is more fun when it's crowded, because of all the wierd and wild people watching you can do! There's something really fun about Vegas when it's packed! Just have a great time! There's plenty of room for everyone to party here!

Hmmm...you reported "not too costly" yet then named off 4 of the 6 maximum costly golf equipment in Vegas. Doesnt sound such as you like our help in case you're already on the guestlist for LAX [that's commencing that weekend] or TAO. the only others you neglected have been Ghostbar, Moon, mild and Jet, yet between going to the hollow of LAX or going to mild/Jet/The hands, i might %. LAX [just to examine it out].

very bad idea. Everyone's gonna be there and it't the surface of the sun. If gamble so much you manage to swip a comped room then go other then that........ it might be a lot to handle...or a lot fun depending on your idea of fun.
