Actually, from what I understand, the Russians who first came across Hitler's body confirmed that his dental records were in fact consistent with his 'supposed body.' I think you are referring to the conspiracy theory (and complete myth) that Hitler faked his death by getting rid of all his medical/dental records and replacing them with 'false' records (i.e. records that were not Hitler's but were consistent with the body found in Hitler's bunker). Conspiracy theorists also contend that the body was actually one of Hitler's many look-alike doubles. Such theorists are, of course, delusional. There is no real evidence that Hitler faked his death.

To answer the second part of the question, if Hitler were still alive today, I think he probably would have to stand trial for war crimes. Of course, he would also be 117 years old.

Seeing that when he supposedly killed himself he was in his later 50's and this was 1945, he would have to be over 100 years old, and after leading a country and an army through a world war, he'd be lucky to make it to his 70's. So weather he killed himself or not,he's most likely dead by now.

Legally, yes, you need to take him to trial. You will also need to revise many history books. He may take part is a series of tests to find out what make him who he is. They will probably keep some of his DNA, just incase you need to produce such military dictators in the future, it's a kind of Human Biological Weapon of sorts. The list goes on ...

It'd be a neat trick for him to still be alive he was pretty frail by the time he blew his brains out, he was worn out by stress and heavy methamphetamine use. He'd be 117 years old now.

I don't know of any verified centenarians who led stressful lives, were overly angry people or who dabbled in drugs.

Yeah, him and Mengele are sipping margeritas and Argentine steaks in Rio. they would have to sip them, because they'd both be over a hundred, and wouldn't have any teeth.
