Well, lets see...
...there is always good ol' a/c, going to a pool, surfing at the ocean, putting your face in the freezer, eat gallons of ice cream, otter-pops, cold wash cloths, swimming, garden sprinklers, water skiing/boating, garden hoses, ice-packs under your arms, cold showers, ice-cold drinks, no clothes, fans, fans, and more fans, vehicle a/c, shaded areas, lakes, parks, frozen bottled waters, slushies/smoothies, an ice-bath, go canoeing/rafting, go hang out in the freezer section at your local grocery store, show up at a friends/cousins/relatives house who has good a/c or at least industrial sized fans, borrow the neighbors "kiddie pool", or... go out and buy your very own "Slip-N-Slide.
Hopefully I have given you a few ideas........
lol

Loose lightweight cotton clothing, lots and lots and lots of cold water - drink it, put it in a spray bottle, pour it on your head, etc. ice packs are great - put them on your back or stomach to draw the most heat off your body. Also, peppermint iced tea will help you feel cool.
If you don't have a/c and it's dangerously (upper 90s and up) hot, avoid strenuous activity and head to your public library or local coffee shop during the worst heat of the day - 1-4pm. Most of them have a/c, stuff to read, internet available and cozy chairs to nap in (siesta!).

I munch on popsicles (the kind that are liquid in boxes of 100 and you freeze them).
They hydrate, they taste yummy and they cool the body down quick here in FL.

air conditioner, fans, summer clothing, bottled water. I actually purchase bottled water and stick the whole case in my deep freezer. When I am out and about, I will grab me one and go.

Stay out of direct sun light, drink plenty of water, wear light colored clothes that breathe well. Stay away from dark colored clothes, sugary drinks.
