Ugh, the fact that Puerto Rico isn't even a country makes this ridiculous...
And dear, its not independent and it still tied to the US. Ergo, its not a country. Tee hee, go ahead and report me on the basis of me stating a fact ;)
Latinos are those who speak a Romance language and are descended from the Spaniards. Guess what? Puerto Ricans qualify for both. Again, you've been proven wrong, boyo.

Learn history, For your information Puerto Rico is a U.S. commonwealth. Puerto Ricans are Americans NOT latinos like most in this land. Shows what you don't know, no wonder why NO ONE like Americans.
