i dont think its 256 GB, its probably 256 MB and it will probably hold 35-40 songs.
There is no 256 GB mp3 player on the market. And mp3 player memories increase by 128 so im sure its 256 MB. it isnt worth alot, probably no more than $25

256 GB is huge for a mp3 player I have had over 1000 mp3s on only a 40 GB I would say a 256 would hold close to 500000 mp3s or maybe more
