reggie is either going to be on either one end of the spectrum-- great or terrible. at usc he had one of the best o lines in the country. new orleans line is below average now that they lost center bentley. his body build is questionable 5 10, 200 pounds. i do not think he is going to hold up for a whole 16 game season. probably be like cadillac get hurt midseason. i believe that reggie will do all right though because of his uncanny ability to stray away from big hits. he will not play much because deuce mcallister is a pro bowl running back and he is healthy. also he is threatening to hold out and miss training camp which cause him to not sync with his line. only time will tell.

No, I don't think Reggie Bush will produce anywhere near the level he did at college. But I do think he can be a fine player if used correctly. Give him about 15-20 rushes, line him up at WR and have him catch 5-10 passes, and then let him handle all the returns. He can certainly make an impact on a game that way.

But there is no way he's an every-down type of RB. He is just too small to take the beating an every-down RB takes.

Well If...and I mean IF he signs he has a chance to say healthy and contribute...but with the return of Duece and (I think) it was Mo Williams from the Vikings..carries will be few, but I'm sure Coach Payton will find a way to get Reggie the rock, speed is speed and he could replace the chiefs returner(brain freeze) as the #1 returner in the NFL.

As long as he doesn't start having a 'tude--and it looks that way form what he has been saying about holding out next year--he has the potential to be great. He is talented--granted that was college ball and things are different in the pros. Time will definitely tell ---depending on whether or not he plays-- as to what kind of legacy Bush leaves in the NFL.

Bush will do nothing his first year. He will hold out and be a prima dona and his offensive line is horrible.
He is a tweener and his whole career will be average. They will try to make him something he is not and call him a bust. He will eventually be a great situational player but never an every down star. His career will mirror that of Desmond Howard. A few moments of glory but not near the touches everyone expected.

He could do well if he leaves the chip off his shoulder. There is a report out now that he's considering sitting out the entire year & reenter the draft next season...
What a bum noone is bigger than the game. he's just a liar 7 a cheat ( remember payoff in college) NFL could do without his type

He has to sign a contract first and get into camp. Even then I don't see him doing much behind that Saints OL this first year.
