I'm curious who thought of the pieces to play with? Iron, Dog, Boat etc
And why do I always loose when I'm the Boot, and win when I'm the Dog?

First of all i believe that its because they are all easely recognoscible items, some wich are house hold items.
Secondly i don't believe you lose always with one and win always with the other piece unless you do it on purpose, most unlikely, or unconsciously, still unlikely. Luck or opportunity has nothing to do with the piece you choose duh :)
Don't tell anyone but if you play the boat you get more doubles than ever :P
