People should absolutely get tested for all kinds of STDs before they get married. It's the only smart thing to do.

No. The real cheating in these situations is the lie of HIV/AIDS- the HIV virus has nothing to do with AIDS- it's just a multi billion dollar scam to milk frightened people out of huge amounts of money while they are poisoned by the "drugs" that "help" against AIDS. I think that on one had it should be a persons choice because it is privacy but on the other hand it might save peoples lives, maybe they should have an option given for testing before they get married so on one hand it doesn't feel forced but then on the other it is in your face so it would be an option couples would look at before they tie the knot.

Since it can lay dormant in your system for I think up to 7 years, before it actually becomes HIV. By then it is too late. The best thing to do is hope your partner is honest with how many sexual partners they have had.

I think he/she should have HIV test in the beginning stage before a relationship starts to develop. I believe this should be done so both partner's can have piece of mind.

Medical tests should definitely be done. Yet, there's still no guarantee between the test and every time you have sex with them what they've done.
