Here's a list of movies I like:
1. WWI- All is quiet on the Western Front
the insanity of war
2. WWII - Schindler's List
war isn't only on the battlefield or soldiers
3. Vietnam - Full Metal Jacket
Soldiers point of view
4. Korea - The King and the Clown
I know you meant korean war,
but Korean cinema is producing wonderful movies recently
5. Love - Dr Zhivago
A great story and wonderful cinematography to describe it properly.
6. Gangster - The Godfather Trilogy
THE epic.
7. Western. - The Good, The Bad and the Ugly
Best tune, has a bit of everything.
8.Historical - Gandhi
A story worth knowing.

1. "Pink Floyds -The Wall"
2. "The Big Red 1" & "Thin Red line"
3. "Apocalypse Now"
4. "Mash"
5. "Joe VS Volcano"
6. "Goodfellows"
7. "High Plains Drifter" & "One-Eyed Jacks"
8. "Cinderella Man" & "The Ghost & the Darkness" & "The Doors"
(I can't believe all these people who picked "Platoon" as there Vietnam movie!
You should rent "Hearts of Darkness: The making of Apocalypse Now"! After watching the "HELL" it took to film "AN" I believe you would change your mind about "Platoon"!)
(Mac_Momma "King Rat" was an excellent pick for WW2!)
