I assume you mean with Windows Server. In active directory users and computers admin, right click a user. Go to the profiles tab and change the location to a shared folder on the server ex. \\server\profiles\username. With that example set up a shared folder called profiles and give everyone access (windows will handle permissions for each users folder). From there, next time the user logs on a default profile will be created for them at that location. I would also suggest redirecting the my documents folder to cut down on transfer time. You can do this through the GPO.
