ok in my opinion you shouldnt be getting married or having sex at this age you are not mature enough but since its in your heritage im still against it but she should talk to her mother or another female adult figure.

No! A 14 year old girl is NOT ready for marriage anywhere, even Pakistan.
The amount of pain will vary from individual to individual. There are a number of other factors involved.
It will depend on how much time and tenderness the man uses.
It will depend on the size of the male organ.
It will depend on the size of the vagina.
It will depend on the degree of arousal or lack of arousal.
It will depend on how scared the girl is.
It will depend on whether the girl loves the man and trusts him.
It will depend on whether the man is a stranger with the union arranged by
her family.
But I hope it is not a 14 year old child. That is illegal here and should be illegal everywhere.

No 14 year old is ready for marriage in any country. The first time for imtercourse is different for every women. For it didn't hurt as much as I thought it would be, but for any female it's going to hurt. You will feel it the next morning.

14 is waaay too young to be getting married, no matter where they are. Pain during first intercourse is individual but i would think that the younger you are the more it hurts. the body just isn't ready to be having sex that young.

No child is ready for marriage at that age! Please do not even think about this. You even labeled her as a "girl" yourself, a girl is not a woman! This should not even be considered.
