People are just trying to figure out why teens have so many babies. We are the leading first world country for teen pregnancy. I think it's stupid, too. If more people stopped to really talk to their kids without judgement and actually listened I don't think it would happen so much. Then again, I don't have any kids, so maybe I'm wrong.

The problem lies in that many people don't want their daughters growing up thinking their role in life is to pop out babies. The alarming number of young mothers, many without a stable partner, have lead to a disastrous level of child abandonment, neglect, and mistreatment. Young marriages are doomed from the beginning, as only a minor percentage stay married until their ripe ol' ages. So of course the greedy capalists that need more slave labour to mass-produce whatever they sell, would want more people having children which they cannot maintain so that they would quit school at 16, go to a low-paying job and repeat what their parents did before them (children at a young age, drop out of school, etc). The activists, i.e.: those that are not passively allowing others to control their fate, are standing up to these big coperations that sell sex, marriage, pop-culture products, and mass underawareness for the society & the world we live in.
Bottom line is that we need to start being more aware of what is going on away from the borders, in the world at large, because one thing inevitably affects another. So having little 3 to 10 year old girls dressed in Barbie attire, pretending to date Ken and having babies is not a positive thing to be doing in a world where child molesters roam every corner of the street and schools!
So maybe you are an exception, or you do not look like Barbie, but many young girls are falling into the esthetic trap of trying to look like the disporportionate blonde tart that Barbie represents, and fueling this obsession with a need to reproduce won't be beneficial for anyone.
No more Barbies- let alone pregnant ones!

Bc ppl r dumb and do not know how to act. I think its cool, but i also stopped playing w/ barbie at 4 yrs old. pregnant barbie wasnt even made yet. Ppl r too worried about other ppl and not minding their own business.

Because if we don't talk to our children about sex and we prohibit schools from teaching them about sex and we pretend that it doesn't exist, then people will not have sex or get pregnant before they are married. It's silly to think not talking about this will stop rampant teen pregnancies. That hasn't worked so far. Nancy Reagan was three months pregnant when she married Ronald Reagan and she went on to become First Lady.
