My wife and I have been married for eleven years not. Everything seems to be fine, but were talking once about her masterbating another man, and nothing else, but only if I were there present. No it isn't, If you are both in agreement! It's healthy to fantasize! Is it just talk or do you want to actually try it?
For one, many people enjoy watching others particpate in sexual activity.
If your initial discussion reveals that you both are interested in doing so you MUST develop a set of rules in order to be successful.
