Egypt should help the Lebanese Government by helping to control Hezbollah. If Hezbollah had listened to the Lebanese government in the first place, Israel wouldn't be at the border. How many rocket, which are blind, have been fired during this dispute into Israel. Plus, why do you think that any Arab state would be able to match Israel military power? Syria and other Arab states are trying to bluff their way through this conflict. If Syria or Egypt tried to attack Israel, they would get guided missiles right up their ****.

They would be stupid to engage in the conflict. Israel has a 300 lb gorilla with about 150,000 of its best in the region right now. No reason for Egypt, Syria or even Iran to try and help. Hezzbolah is dead meat as they should be for attacking civilians and amassing rockets like they have in the Lebanese territory. The world should stay out of this and let Israel finish them off.

Egypt used to play a leading role for all Arab countries... Now, unfortunately, this role is not there anymore. Corruption became everywhere in the country.

i side with Israel. i have friends there and they're tired of terrorists coming over there from Lebanon and Palestine and blowing themselves up and killing people. all Israel wants is their own nation and some peace. unless Hezbollah is destroyed, peace can never exist in the region. Israel is not trying to destroy Lebanon. they're after Hezbollah. Hezbollah needs to leave the urban areas and fight with Israel away from the innocents. if you asked me, i'd say that's cowardice to use innocents as shields.
