I think u want the autorun.inf file instead of ini
Use the following code in a text editor and save it as autorun.inf in the root folder of cd

[autorun]
open=Filename.exe
icon=Filename.ico

Copy the file and make the changes to fit your application.

its just a text file that you save with the .ini suffix.
