Accumulated stress along the San Andreas fault will potentially lead to the most severe earthquake (~7.7 magnitude) in Southern California since 1680. The epicenter is expected to be somewhere near the Salton Sea. San Diegans will be affected by the quake, but it will be nothing compared to what folks experience in Palm Springs and the L.A. basin.

This is probably the largest earthquake that you could expect to feel from San Diego within the foreseeable future.

i have no idea but it sounds like thats in the US and it seems like they have tons of earthquakes i once had a widget and it would always say when there was an earthquake. Where i live there is fault lines and my friends house if there was a reasonable earthquake her house would fall down a slope i calculated. I have only been in one earthquake and it wasnt that scary just weird.

I'm a Native Californian, so this doesn't surprise me, they've been tryin' to get people to move out of the area, but they won't stop coming to Calle! Don't worry about a little earthquake...worry more about a tsunami!

There is no reliable way to predict earthquakes. It's all a guessing game. We might have one tomorrow or in 200 years.
