If they're itchy, I'm going to rule out blisters. I'm guess it's some type of foot fungus. Ew...I know, right? I had something a few months ago and bought some Athlete's foot cream. Took care of it no problem. Good luck!

Sounds like the beginning of Athlete's Foot. There are sprays you can use that are affordable.

sounds like ant bites to me but it could be water blisters from sunburn or maybe poison oak, ivey, or sumac. Try not to scratch it.
