If I can raise enough money I would like to go to Toys R Us and buy them some of those "Super Xman model rockets".
These are really good rockets with plastic fins already assembled. Much better quality than that crap the Syrians give them.

I would be asking the Federal Government for help in this situation...
They are very "good" at giving money away for "causes", and they may want to get to "know you" on a personal basis...
Just call your local FBI (its in the Yellow Pages), and they will be GLAD to help you get in "touch" with the "right agency" for your mission...
