Ooooh! I have the answer!! Jason's Camomile Shower gel. There's two little dots above the 'a' and the 'o' in Jasons. They used to carry it at Vitamin shop, but I have to find it online now. It's incredible!

Hair Shampoo: Biolage
Conditioner: Kendra
As far as soap or shower gel, Never use bar soap. Use a shower gel with a sponge or lufa. Shower gels lather better, giving your skin better coverage and is less abrasive.

Shower Gel as it washes off alot easier than ordinary soap!

Depends on your personal tastes. Personally, I hate bars of soap; they are hard to hold on to, have this unrealistic fear of germs, and they take a little while to get sudsy so I stick to shower gels or body washes. Besides these usually smell better.

I prefer shower gel with a puff. One of my favorites is Ivory Fresh Snow. It's inexpensive, and keeps my skin soft.

Mint and teatree oil shower gell - it really wakes me up in the morning:) And some of those exfoliating gloves you can get from the Body Shop
