Hehe, yes.I saw this 14 year old girl in the mall who knew my 14 year old sister and I walked up to her and went 'Your freaking cute, can I hug you?' Needless to say, she freaked out bad.I had to have my sister call her and explain who I was and why I asked her that.I would think you could call them squishy but they could think your calling them fat.I have been called squishy from a 5 year old at my little brothers school, as he was shoving his finger into my love handles.(Im a 17 year old female by the way, im not an old guy or anything I promise.)

No, but Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, was apparently seized by this desire, so he rolled up some strange child's shirt and kissed him on the stomach (you must've seen this on the news).

How creepy is THAT?

Yes, but apparently they dontl ike it when you squeeze them or their cheeks. I like to give hugs (yeah, theres nothing wrong with that eh?)

if you are wanting to say that to a girl, she will probably be offended...cuddly may be a better word. and being affectionate to a complete stranger is a bit much dude!
