so i've got an ipod, and ear-phones which are quite unfomfortable.?

does anyone know if you can get customised ear-phones?? there is no way i can keep the things in my ears and walk about! must have little holes or something.

I like Sony earphones, that go over the top of your head. The sound is great with the ipod. Ipod's were meant to be listened on headphones, but also sound great plugged into "Creative " speakers. (Their cheap to buy, too.)

I know it stinks when I runn... they are constantly falling out... what are we to do?
