I'm in a similar predicament, although my boss said that she does believe me. Janitors get blamed for things if something outta the ordinary happens :( Check out my Qs for more info.
Don't know why he/she doesn't trust you... Have you been there long ? Maybe you just have to earn that trust. I'm hoping to regain trust but I don't even wanna work there :( Not if my boss &/or super are gonna think that I'm guilty of doing something !!!
Did you do something that you've been warned of not doing but did it anywayz ? No idea, sorry, wish I could help. Don't know any details so don't know what else to say other than maybe you gotta earn that trust.
